Card Shark Solitaire: Sea Towers Solitaire

Goal: move all cards to the foundation piles, observing the following rules:

Each foundation is built up from Ace to King with cards of the same suit.
Tableau piles are built down by suit.
Empty columns accept kings.
The free cells accept any card. When open free cells exist, the game supports power moves, allowing sequences of cards to be dragged from one column to another without having to explicitly use the free cells.
