Card Shark (application) is authored by Easy 8 Software, LLC. This application does not collect personal data from users.

The appplication includes a feature allowing users to customize their background image, card backs, and deck appearance. This may prompt for access to camera or photos. This cosmetic configuration is managed locally on the device, and is not uploaded or otherwise shared.

Game statistics (such as win/loss ratio) and settings are stored locally on the device.

CardShark includes an optional "export statistics" feature. This allows a user to export their gameplay statistics from one device and reinstall on another device.
